This requires someone who can translate Microsoft’s products into the best solutions for our clients while staying on top of the latest developments.

What will you be doing?

As the Microsoft Power Platform Practice Lead, you play a crucial role in establishing and leading our new practice. You’ll be responsible for building a strong team, setting and maintaining high-quality benchmarks, and delivering innovative solutions that make an impact. Together with the CPTO (Chief Proposition and Technology Officer), Field CTO, and other Practice Leads, you will translate strategic goals into operational processes and ensure our Microsoft Power Platform practice becomes a vital pillar within Ciphix.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Build the Microsoft Power Platform practice: Develop the structure, processes, and standards for the practice and establish quality requirements such as the Technical Way of Working (WoW).
  • Build and lead the team: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, onboard, and coach a top-tier team of Microsoft specialists.
  • Partner management: Maintain a close relationship with Microsoft and aim for the highest possible partner status.
  • Stakeholder management: Understand client needs, present solutions, and ensure successful implementations.
  • Quality assurance: Continuously maintain and improve the quality of our solutions and documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the UiPath and Mendix Practice Leads to develop integrated solutions. Additionally, collaborate with our AI and Software Engineering practices, which already heavily utilize the Microsoft Stack.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on trends and developments in Microsoft technology and drive continuous improvement.

Who are you?

A visionary leader with a passion for technology and a sharp eye for quality. You have a proven track record of inspiring teams and delivering complex projects successfully. You’re the perfect candidate because:

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Microsoft Power Platform. Certifications like PL-300, PL-400, PL-600, or PL-900 are expected.
  • Within Power Platform, you have knowledge of: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, AI Builder, Power Pages and Power BI.
  • You have experience coaching and developing team members and building a strong team culture.
  • You think and act strategically: you translate vision into practical solutions.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and see challenges as opportunities.
